Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Own features end-to-end across a Next.js/TypeScript frontend and a Node.js backend, from architecture through production.

Department:Engineering
Location:Remote · Remote
Type:Full-time
Experience:5+ years
Overview

About the role

We're looking for a senior engineer to help build and maintain the digital platforms our clients depend on daily. You'll work across the stack — from data modeling and API design to the interfaces people actually use — on projects where the decisions you make hold up for years, not just through launch.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Design and build features across the full stack, from database schema to UI.
  • Make architectural decisions and document the reasoning behind them.
  • Review code with an eye for maintainability, not just correctness.
  • Work directly with clients during discovery to shape technically sound scope.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers on the team as it grows.
Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years building production web applications.
  • Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js experience.
  • Comfort designing relational data models and APIs from scratch.
  • A track record of shipping and maintaining software after launch, not just building it.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have

Also valuable

  • Experience with Next.js App Router specifically.
  • Exposure to ERP or business-systems work (Odoo or similar).
  • Experience leading a small team or mentoring other engineers.
Benefits

What you get

  • Fully remote, with flexible hours around a few core overlap hours.
  • Direct ownership of real client work from day one.
  • Budget for courses, conferences, and learning time.
  • Small team, high-context work — no layers of process between you and the decision.
